Forecast: Temperatures expected to plummet Wednesday

EDISON -

New Jersey residents should prepare themselves to dress warmly Wednesday as temperatures are expected to be quite frigid.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says that the cold temperatures combined with wind chills should make conditions feel as if they are around 10 degrees.

Tuesday’s overnight hours should see partly cloudy skies with the chance of snow flurries. Temperatures should drop into the mid-20s overnight.

Wednesday should see a mix of sun and clouds with breezy conditions. Temperatures should only be in the 30s. Curren says that anyone who needs to be outside should limit how much skin is exposed due to the cold temperatures.

Thursday could see some snow early in the day with mostly cloudy skies. Temperatures should only reach the mid-30s.
