Forecast: Sunny skies, temperatures remain in the 80s

EDISON -

New Jersey saw mostly sunny skies with temperatures in the 70s and 80s Wednesday, and that trend is expected to continue for Thursday.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist James Gregorio says temperatures Thursday will be in the mid-80s, with sunny skies. 

Temperatures overnight will drop into the low-60s, with clear skies.

Friday is expected to see temperatures rise into the high-80s, with sunny skies continuing.

Saturday should see most sunny skies. Temperatures will remain in the high-80s. Gregorio says there is the chance for an afternoon thunderstorm.

Sunday will see clouds with rain showers expected later in the day. Temperatures will drop into the mid-70s.

Memorial Day is expected to see mostly cloudy skies, with the potential for rain.
