The Watertown Police Department Internal Affairs Unit is looking at the conduct of an officer who arrested a man back in February on drug charges.
According to the officer, the suspect, Nicholas Mazzamaro was driving aggressively on Straits Turnpike and after a brief police chase, Mazzamaro was able to get away.
Police traced the license plate and showed up at his home to arrest him.
That's when Mazzamaro says the officer planted drugs to frame him.
