Business flies Union Jack to show support for Manchester victims

EAST NORWALK -

People across the world have been showing their support to the Manchester victims in all sorts of ways, from a massive vigil in Manchester to a smaller gesture in East Norwalk.

Because Manchester is a household name due to its legendary soccer teams, the owner of At Soccer With Aldwin is flying the Union Jack to show his sympathy for the people of a city that loves football.

“Soccer is such an international game, it's a global sport. Whenever something in the world happens, it affects us locally. We have a lot of supporters of clubs that play there, Manchester United and Manchester City. Our focus now is to show our appreciation and sadness and that is why we have the flag shining out there,” says Aldwin St. George.

The owner says terror is always a concern in the soccer world, and notes there was an attack recently at a soccer stadium near Paris.
