Despite some rain, Weston's Memorial Day parade was one of few in Connecticut that went on as scheduled Monday afternoon.
 
A marching band and a group of veterans were among the procession that walked from Weston High School to town hall.
 
It was the 50th installment of the annual parade, which residents say has become a tradition to come out and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country.
