The Supreme Court has ruled the government can't refuse to register trademarks that are considered offensive.
The court ruled unanimously in the case involving the rock band “The Slants.”
Washington Redskins owner Dan Snyder says he's “thrilled” about the decision.
Snyder says the case is expected to set a positive precedent for his team.
