Former school district employee not testifying in sexual abuse case

<p>A former worker at the Miller-Driscoll school in Wilton is exercising his Fifth Amendment right not to testify in a sexual assault lawsuit he's involved in.</p>

A former worker at the Miller-Driscoll school in Wilton is exercising his Fifth Amendment right not to testify in a sexual assault lawsuit he's involved in.
According to the Wilton bulletin, Eric Von Kohorn was questioned by a lawyer representing the victim's family.
The family is suing the town and board of education after Von Kohorn allegedly abused their daughter.
Von Kohorn pleaded guilty to charges involving more than one child and is now in prison.
The victim was in preschool when it happened back in 2015.
