Police make 2nd arrest in murder of Andre Pettway

Police in Stratford say a second arrest was made in the murder of 27-year-old Andre Pettway, of Bridgeport.
Cris Concepcion, 24, of Bridgeport, was arrested, and police believe he might be one of the shooters in the murder. Concepcion is being held on a $750,000 bond.
Two days after the murder back on May 29, police arrested Brandyn Ford, 24, of Stratford.
Police say Ford was driving the car where the gun shots came from. He is still being held on a $1.5 million bond.
According to police, investigators have been working tirelessly on the case in hope of bringing Pettway's killers to justice.
“It’s been a lot of hard work,” says Capt. Frank Eannotti. “They have not stopped working on this case since it came in and so we're happy we were able to make an arrest on this end here and the investigation is still ongoing at this time.”
Police are still trying to determine what led to the shooting. They say they are looking at surveillance video in the neighborhood where the murder took place and are in the process of trying to identify more suspects.
