Man accused of recording female in “Forever 21” dressing room

STAMFORD -

A man from Stamford has been arrested and is facing charges of voyeurism.

Hector Celestino Reynos is accused of recording a female juvenile in the dressing room at the "Forever 21" store at Stamford Town Center.

Police are investigating whether Reynos has done this before.

He’s being held on $20,000 bond and is due in court in two weeks.

According to police, the victim is a hero in this case since she led police to the suspect.
