NORWALK -

A career bank robber has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for the hold-ups of four Chase branches in southwestern Connecticut.

Scott Taylor admitted to robbing the banks in Westport, Milford, Norwalk and Stratford between June and July of last year.

Taylor was able to get away with $24,000 before being arrested in Stratford.

Taylor previously served prison time for two other bank robberies in 1998 and 2005.
