STAMFORD -

Stamford police arrested a woman they say led them on a chase Thursday.

Police say 27-year-old Brittany McDow was behind the wheel of a Volkswagen they tried to pull over.

She allegedly led them on a chase, hitting several parked cars on Myano Lane.

She then pulled into a driveway and almost hit an officer while trying to get away.

The incident came to an end on Oakwood Place, but not before she hit several police cars and forced another into a tree.

Officers were eventually able to arrest McDow.

Police say in 2014 she led officers on a chase and did it again last week but got away both times.
