Police offer reward for information about 2011 Norwalk double homicide
Next week marks six years since a double murder in Norwalk, and police are making a new appeal to the public to help solve the case.
Rickita Smalls and Iroquois Alston were shot to death on Avenue B on Aug. 6, 2011.
The state is offering a $50,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
If anyone has information on the case, they are asked to call Norwalk police.
