A federal judge says Costco must pay over $19 million for selling phony "Tiffany" engagement rings that weren't made by Tiffany.
Costco argues using "Tiffany" describes a ring's setting, and notes they did not use the signature teal blue boxes.
Costco intends to appeal the ruling.
