Chef Suchada Palmer, a personal chef as well as instructor, shars how to make ginger tea from scratch.
Recipe:
          Peel fresh ginger with a spoon or chop slice of fresh ginger - you can leave the skin on
          Add to a tea pot or a cup
          Pour hot water over the ginger 
          Seep until desired strength
          Add honey to taste
          Can add lime or orange rind
