Chef's Quick Tip: Ketchup alternative

Chef Justin, the chef at the 'Port Restaurant in Westport, shares an alternative to ketchup that will blow away your family and friends. 

Recipe:

There are different types of hot sauce with varying heats and subtle flavors, playing around with different varieties is a good way to perfect this sauce to your liking.

1. Whisk all ingredients together.

Ingredient            Amount

Ketchup              2 Qt
Mayonnaise        1.5 Qt
Hot Sauce           1 Tbsp
Honey                 1 Tbsp
Soy Sauce          1 Tbsp
