The parents of a four-month-old boy from Shelton who died after he was given Benadryl at an unlicensed day care are suing the operator charged in his death.
The infant died in March of last year.
The The lawsuit seeks damages in excess of $15,000.
The operator from Fairfield pleaded not guilty to manslaughter.
