200 Gap, Banana Republic stores to close in next 3 years

Gap Incorporated will close 200 Gap and Banana Republic stores in the next three years.

The company plans to "zero in" on brands that show the most promise, such as Old Navy and Athleta.

There are dozens of Gap and Banana Republic stores in Connecticut.

There is no word yet if those stores will be closed.
