Western CT communities prep for messy weather

Communities across western Connecticut are preparing for messy weather and potential flooding Tuesday.
Norwalk Emergency Management Deputy Director Michele DeLuca says the region could see 25-35 mph winds Tuesday and Wednesday.
DeLuca says to bring in and secure outside furniture or plants. She also says there could be some flooding in low-lying areas.
"We do want residents to have a kit, have a plan and be informed about the risks that could happen and just be prepared overall," she says. "While we may see power outages, it won't be anything like Texas, Florida has seen."
DeLuca says they are continuing to monitor Jose and will share updates with residents through their Facebook page.
