A man from New Haven was arrested after police say he plowed his car through a home and damaged two others in Thomaston.
It happened around 2 a.m. Tuesday on North Main Street.
Police have charged the driver, Gordon Tristen, 31, with reckless endangerment.
According to police, Tristen veered off the road and clipped a home before plowing through another home and then hitting the house next door.
An 18-year-old who lives in the home remains in the hospital after suffering a cracked sternum, a punctured liver and some cuts. He is expected to be OK.
Police say Tristen has been released on a $5,000 bond. The crash remains under investigation.
