NORWALK -

The gameshow "Supermarket Sweep" is making a comeback by popular demand.

The show was first created in 1965, but it gained popularity in the 90s.

Contestants use their knowledge of grocery store items to shop inside a special store and win cash and prizes.

At the end of the show, the contestants run down the aisles to see who could get the most expensive purchases in the quickest amount of time.

There is no word yet on the show's exact return.
