Chef's Quick Tip: Salad

Chef Renato, from Basso Café and Restaurant in Norwalk, shares how to make his best-selling salad.
Basso Salad, lemon soy sauce vinaigrette 
Ingredients:
½ cup Soy sauce
¼  Extra virgin Olive oil
¼ canola oil
1 tbs garlic chopped
2 ml fresh Lemon juice
Combine all ingredients into a bowl to mix it or in a food processor except the oils, mix it and add slowly the oil to emulsify the ingredients until you obtain a smooth consistency.
