Darien man sold large amount of pills from home near school, police say

A man from Darien is free on bond after he was caught in a drug sting in his home around the block from a local middle school.

According to police, Benjamin Bruno was selling a large amount of pills from his home on Henry Street, near Middlesex Middle School.

Darien and Stamford police teamed up to make several undercover buys.

Bruno was busted Thursday.

Police say he had $1,800 in cash on him, as well as dozens of pills and marijuana.
