State lawmakers are looking to launch of a review of Eversource Energy after last month's wind storm.

The Oct. 29 storm left more than 100,000 people without power for many days.

Lawmakers are questioning whether the company followed minimum performance standards for emergency preparation and response.

Noncompliance could mean financial penalties for Eversource.
