Man accused of trespassing twice at Brooklyn school

A man has been arrested after police say he was on school property at Saint Bernadette School in Dyker Heights last week.
Chan Shu, 43, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing after he was accused of being in the hallways of the school leading up to the cafeteria, which is in a separate building.
The school's principal says a teacher who was preparing to teach a class there saw Shu and called police, but he took off.
The school was put on lockdown until police arrived and cleared the building.
Parents say that they think this was the same man who they saw outside the school last Wednesday apparently taking pictures of kids who were outside during gym class.
During the alleged incident, the man was confronted, and he became confrontational, but eventually left. A parent called the school and the principal pulled students indoors, put the school on lockdown and called police.
The principal says she used the school's online portal to communicate with parents as to what happened, giving updates up until the man was arrested.
Despite cameras and a sign-in procedure in place, the school says it will undergo a security evaluation with the NYPD to see if there's anything else that can be done.
A school meeting is planned for concerned parents next week.
