Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman will not enter race for governor

Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman will not enter the race for Connecticut governor.
It's being reported that her decision has nothing to do with Gov. Dannel Malloy's historically low poll numbers.
Several other Democrats have been waiting for Wyman to make an announcement before deciding whether they will run.
"While I will not seek election to the governor's office in 2018, I am proud of our accomplishments on so many issues," she said in a statement. "I look forward to supporting the next generation as they find their voices, just as I did when I ran for the Board of Education."
Wyman was also involved in a car accident Thursday morning, in which no one was hurt.
