Police in Greenwich have charged a town employee with illegally profiting from their position, for the third time this year.
According to police, Dwayne Lockwood turned himself in Wednesday.
Police say Lockwood sold scrap metal owned by the town for personal profit.
Lockwood is also accused of trying to influence a witness to give false testimony about the activity.
An employee in the town parking authority, as well as the human services department, also face charges for workplace-related thefts.
