Chef's Quick Tip: Fried chicken

Chef Eric, from Peaches restaurant in Norwalk, shares how to make his famous fried chicken.
Ingredients:
- All purpose flour
- Salt TT
- Pepper TT
- Cajun seasoning TT
Procedure:
Whisk one egg to one quart of buttermilk. Let chicken sit in buttermilk mixture one hour prior to frying.
