Police in Stratford are looking for the suspect they say robbed a convenience store with a machete.

It happened just after midnight Monday at the 24/7 Express on Barnum Avenue.

The suspect is being described as about 5’3’’ in his 20s or 30s.

Police say the suspect got away with a large amount of cash.
