State leaders are reminding residents the importance of signing up for health insurance ahead of Friday's Affordable Care Act deadline.
There's been some confusion about "Obamacare" after President Donald Trump's tax bill was passed. The president said the new tax bill would repeal "Obamacare," and that has some residents unsure about what they should do.
State leaders want residents to know that they will have health insurance for all of 2018 and that rates will not go up. However, under the new tax bill residents will not be required to have health insurance in 2019.
