Torrington-based company pulls packages of smoked salmon

TORRINGTON -

A Torrington-based company is pulling some packages of smoked salmon for fears of listeria.

Nodine's Smokehouse is recalling two lot numbers of the smoked salmon, 40173 and 33173, as they could be contaminated.

The products were distributed nationwide in retail stores and through mail order.

No illnesses have been reported.
