Snow begins to accumulate in Fairfield

The snow is beginning to accumulate in parts of the state, including Fairfield, while the wind is also beginning to become a problem.
All schools in Fairfield are closed, as well as town hall.
The roads are also starting to become slick.
A winter storm warning is in effect for Northern Fairfield, Northern Litchfield, Northern New Haven, Southern Fairfield and Southern Litchfield counties.
A wind chill warning is also in effect for Northern Litchfield County. Coastal flood advisories are in effect for Southern Fairfield and Southern New Haven counties.
Northern parts of western Connecticut should expect to see between 4-8 inches of snow, while the southern parts could see between 6-10 inches.
