Poll asks Americans to grade President Trump

NORWALK -

A new poll looks at how Americans think President Donald Trump is doing and asks them to sound off on topics like his intelligence and ability to govern.

The Quinnipiac Poll finds 53 percent of respondents feel the president is intelligent, but 69 percent say he is not level-headed and 57 percent feel he is not fit to be president.

As for their thoughts on the president's first year in office, 32 percent of voters give him an A or B, 28 percent gave him a C or D, and 39 percent gave Trump an F.
