Chef's Quick Tip: Dressing a hamburger

Chef Nancy, from the Gracious Gourmet in Bridgewater, shares how to dress up your hamburger.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef (85 lean/15% fat) or ground turkey (7% fat)
1/3 cup The Gracious Gourmet Balsamic Four Onion Spread (or another onion condiment of your choice)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
4 ciabatta rolls, split and lightly toasted
¼  cup of sour cream blended with extra Balsamic Four Onion Spread to top burgers (optional)
Procedure:
Put the ground beef or ground turkey in a mixing bowl. Add The Gracious Gourmet Balsamic Four Onion Spread (or another onion condiment of your choice), the salt and the ground black pepper. Gently mix   well. 
Form into four patties. Grill or broil 3 - 4 minutes per side.
Place in ciabatta rolls and serve more The Gracious Gourmet Balsamic Four Onion Spread blended with sour cream (or another onion condiment of your choice) as a topper for the burgers.
