Drops of blood were found on a food wrapper and a biscuit at a McDonald's in Fairfield.

It happened at a restaurant on Black Rock Turnpike.

According to the Health Department, there is no reason to close the establishment.

Reports concluded an employee scraped her knuckle, drawing some blood.

Health officials say the proper procedure was followed when the blood was discovered.
