A new study suggests children who don't get enough quality sleep are more likely to be obese later on in life.
Researchers followed 120 children with an average age of 8 years old in the U.S.
The study also found it may even boost their odds for cancer decades later.
The findings will be presented today at a meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research in Austin, Texas.
