Two families were forced out of their homes following a fire in Stratford Sunday night.
It happened at the Deerfield Woods Condos on Broadbridge Avenue around 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
According to officials, they evacuated the entire building and were able to keep the flames from spreading out of the unit on the third floor, where the fire started.
The unit underneath was damaged by water.
The Red Cross is helping families living in both units find a place to stay until repairs can be made.
