Chef's Quick Tip: Superfood smoothie

Kira Pantschenko, a Westport nutritionist, shares how to make a superfood smoothie, which is different from your regular smoothie in the sense that it's not loaded with fruit.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Kefir, (plain)

1/2 cup Kale

2 tbsp Raw cacao powder

1 Banana

1/2 Avocado

1 cup Water

1/2 cup Ice

DIRECTIONS

Blend all together until smooth.
