Officials in New Milford say extra police were assigned to city schools this morning after a threatening message was found.
The superintendent says the note was scrawled Wednesday on a bathroom wall at the high school.
Police determined students were not in immediate danger, so no emergency actions were taken.
The superintendent says the extra patrols will be in force as the investigation continues.
