Darien stakeout leads to marijuana bust

<p>Darien police say detectives staking out a suspected drug dealer witnessed a narcotics transaction Wednesday, searched a home and seized thousands of dollars in marijuana.</p>

Darien stakeout leads to marijuana bust
Darien police say detectives staking out a suspected drug dealer witnessed a narcotics transaction Wednesday, searched a home and seized thousands of dollars in marijuana.
They arrested Nicholas J. Torcia, 27, on marijuana and other drug charges at his home at 11 Raymond St..
Darien police say they seized 385 grams of marijuana, 237 cartridges of THC oil and 12 vaporizers worth more than $16,000. They also say they seized $635 in cash.
Torcia is being held on $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 12.
