A wake will be held today for the Bridgeport teenager who police say was stabbed to death by her own uncle.
Richard Segabiro, 31, the uncle of 16-year-old Francine Nyanzaninka, admitted to killing her last week in their home.
According to investigators, Nyanzaninka had been stabbed more than 30 times and nearly decapitated.
Nyanzaninka came to the U.S. with her uncle and his family after her parents were killed in the Congo.
The viewing will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Saint Ann Academy, where Nyanzaninka attended school.
Her funeral will take place tomorrow.
