Flames caused extensive damage to a New Milford home.

Brookfield firefighters responded to the scene overnight on Lone Oak Drive.

No injuries were reported.

The New Milford mayor's office says it will serve as a collection point for donations for the affected family.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
