A woman from Torrington was arraigned earlier this week after being accused of selling more than $8,000 worth of jewelry stolen from a Litchfield home.
According to court records, Alicia Juan was arrested and charged with third-degree larceny after reports of a possible burglary in progress.
Police found a window had been broken and the door was open.
No suspect was found inside.
The affidavit says the stolen jewelry was pawned by her boyfriend.
