The men who shot and killed a Clinton Hill college student in July remain on the loose, even though police have identified two brothers suspected in the slaying.
"He would've been graduating in May of this year from Delaware State University," Marie Bernard says of her son, Justin Hackley.
Police say Hackley got into an argument with Dean and Rasheed Boland, and the latter pulled out a gun and opened fire.
In the following eight months, the Bolands have eluded police. Bernard says she saw them at a mall and took a picture. She says authorities told her they would use facial recognition technology on the image, but nothing came of it.
"I'm frustrated," she says. "I'm angry, and I just want to see an arrest come out of this."
