An arrest made overnight in the shooting death of a man Friday in his Flatlands apartment.

Police found 39-year-old Robert Bosalavage in his apartment on Avenue K with a gunshot wound to the eye.

He was taken to Kings County Hospital in critical condition. He later died.

Investigators were originally unsure whether or not the gunshot was self-inflicted.

They later ruled the death homicide and late Friday night charged his wife, 27-year-old Tiffany Brown in the case.            

Her motive is not yet clear.
