Police: Suspect in custody in Hendrix Street shooting

<p>Police say that a suspect who allegedly shot and killed a man in East New York Sunday afternoon is in custody and being questioned by officials.</p>

Police say that a suspect who allegedly shot and killed a man in East New York Sunday afternoon is in custody and being questioned by officials. 
They say the suspect, 32-year-old Jahmorley O. Gayle, is the victim’s brother.
Police say they got a call around noon of a shooting on Hendrix Street and Sutter Avenue.  When they arrived on the scene, they found a 37-year-old man shot in the shoulder inside of 475 Hendrix St. 
The man was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police say they found a firearm and tracked it to Gayle. 
Gayle is being charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Police say they still don't know what led to the attack and are investigating the circumstances around the shooting.
