Police have made an arrest in a three-car crash that killed a young boy in 2017.
The incident occurred last April on I-95 in Westport.
State police say the 9-year-old from Maine was riding in a car that suddenly came to a stop when it was rear-ended. He died at the hospital.
Jesse Zorski turned himself in in connection to the incident this week. Authorities say the Norwalk man was following the car too closely.
Zorski is facing charges of distracted driving and speeding. He was released on $100,000 bond.
Zorski is scheduled to appear in court next week.
