The Milford teen who died in an ATV crash over the weekend was a hard worker with a great personality, according to his neighbor.
As News 12 has reported, the 19-year-old Bailey Rogers was driving in Union Sunday when he left the road, hit a log and collided with a tree.
According to his Facebook page, Rogers attended Jonathan Law High School.
John Puglisi says Rogers wasn't like a lot of kids his age.
"Respect, absolutely, manners, absolutely," he says. "You come down the street, he would wave at you. Most kids, they just turn their back on you."
Funeral plans were not immediately available.
