The RPM Raceway in Stamford held its grand opening Wednesday.
The 90,000 square-foot entertainment center features electric go-karts, an arcade, bowling alley and a restaurant and bar.
The new raceway replaces the old FedEx building on West Avenue.
The owners say they've had their eye on Stamford for a while.
"It's kind of a meeting place. Stamford is a hub and it's growing and recreating itself,” says co-owner Karen Davis-Farage. “And we want to be part of that.”
This is the sixth location in the country.
