Chef's Quick Tip: Zucchini pasta

Zucchini pasta:
Recipe:
2 medium Zucchini
1 Tomato, diced
1t Olive Oil
1/4c Basil Oil (Olive Oil Blended with fresh Basil)

Directions:
Spirooli the zucchini then quick sauté with a little water until slightly wilted. Add the olive oil & tomatoes. Place on plate then drizzle with the basil oil.
