Gas station robbed in Fairfield

FAIRFIELD -

A Fairfield gas station that has been robbed multiple times this year has been robbed once again Saturday night.

The clerk of Star Fuels gas station on Jennings Road told police that two black males robbed the store, and said one of the suspects may have had a gun underneath his shirt.

The second suspect allegedly punched the clerk in the face just before taking cash from the register.

Police were able to arrest one juvenile suspect, who is being charged with robbery.

The second suspect is still at large.

An investigation is currently underway.
