NEW YORK -

The White House says it is considering slapping tariffs on an additional $200 billion worth of Chinese imports. This round would impact agricultural goods, apparel and some appliances. The move is in response to China’s retaliation against America’s first round of tariffs.

Postmates is expanding its footprint. The delivery startup is adding 100 cities nationwide, making the service available to 50 million new potential customers, Cheddar says. As part of the expansion, the company will also add 300 new Chipotle locations to its roster. Postmates is seeking to keep up with rivals like Grub-Hub, Doordash and Seamless.

Instagram has a new feature. The photo-sharing app added a sticker to stories that allows friends to submit random questions. When users answer those questions, the responses appear in follow up story posts, but do not reveal the questioner. Instagram says the feature is a way to start conversations even when you don’t have a photo to share.
